this kinda shatters your credibility- any college expert knows UCLA’s library is the best in the nation and it’s not even listed here at all. and yes… its better than harvard’s. dont believe me? go visit both of them and see for yourself.

Uh, okay, I’ve been in the TCNJ library, and it is not impressive. I don’t know exactly what the criteria were for the ranking, but that’s ridiculous! NYU’s library system for instance, holds 4.5 million volumes, with the Bobst Library alone housing 3.3 million of those books. It’s one of the largest libraries in the country, and it’s not listed, but dinky littleTCNJ is?

Totally bogus list in my opinion!

Okay Katherine. I’m sorry but it is very obvious that you have not “really” been in TCNJ’s library. I visited over twenty different schools (including all of NYU’s- my dad worked for NYU for many years and I practically grew up around there) and TCNJ actually has quite the facility. It is in reality a lot larger than many college libraries (you’d notice if you actually explored it) and has a whole plethora of resources. But above all dear, remember that it is quality, not quantity, that truly counts.

So, Yale and UC Berkeley don’t make the top 20? Methinks someone at Princeton needs to get out and explore the real world.

This is bogus. I graduated from UT Austin in 08 and our two main libraries (PCL and FAC) haven’t been renovated since the early 70s. The only aesthetically pleasing libraries are the Life Science library and Architecture library, and the chairs are so archaic that you can’t sit in them for more than an hour before your back starts hurting.

[...] Princeton Review lists its choices for the best college libraries. Not surprisingly, many Ivy League schools make the cut of the top 20, but a few surprises show up [...]

ummm, YALE?! This is a complete joke. How does the second largest library in the entire world that is housed in a cathedral not make the top 5??

Wow, the Princeton Review is embarrasing.
